Make the room name clickable and open room info #16223

Currently, the room name is not clickable.
Steps to reproduce:
- Click on room name at the top left
- It is not clickable
Expected behavior:
It should be clickable and open the room info in the tab bar
Actual behavior:
Server Setup Information:
- Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 2.5.0 -develop
- Operating System: ubuntu
