Description:

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to "My Accounts"
2. Click Preferences
3. Set "Auto Load Images" to false.
4. Upload image to any chat
5. Change to different languages in settings

Expected behavior:

The "click to load" must not be hard-coded and should change when different language is selected.

Actual behavior:

Additional context:

There should be a unique key, CLICK_TO_LOAD and its value must be used.
