Button for file download is opening in the same window.
Steps to reproduce:
- Click on the file download button
Expected behavior:
Download the file without moving away from Rocket.Chat UI
Actual behavior:
The file opens on the bowser replacing Rocket.Chat UI

- Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 1.3.0
