Roles showing in channels even when switched off #14310

Even after switching off role display, roles still show in channels, threads and discussions (i.e. Owner, Moderator, Admin)
Steps to reproduce:
- Disable Role Display
Expected behavior:
Roles to not show as they did in 0.9x
Actual behavior:
Roles Show in channels
Server Setup Information:
- Rocketchat 1.01
- Operating System: Arch Host - however using Docker Official Image
- Deployment Method: Docker
- Number of Running Instances: 1
- DB Replicaset Oplog: Yes
- NodeJS Version: 8.x
- MongoDB Version: 4.06
