Description:

"Reply in direct message" message action does not open the reply popup in the message box when the target room has never been opened. If the target room was previously opened and then a reply in direct message is made, it works correctly

Steps to reproduce:

1.Create a channel with at least 2 members
2. Send a message with one of the two users
3. Open message actions, click "Reply in Direct Message"
4. The DM room will open with the reply=msgId as query parameter, but the reply popup does not open in message box.

Expected behavior:

It should be open whenever you have the query parameter /direct/?reply=msgId

Actual behavior:

The reply popup opens ONLY if you open the destination channel previously.
