The WebRTC API has changed, URL.createObjectURL with media streams is removed as of Chrome 71. Video chat no longer works.
Steps to reproduce:
Run Chrome v71 or above and try to start a video call
Expected behavior:
Video Call should work
Actual behavior:
Video call does not start
