Description:

This is a following issue of #12058 which makes this even worse. I tried to recreate the channel and do the same things again. Which makes the channel for some users and admins unusable.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a Channel
2. Add some users
3. Delete the channel
4. Recreate it with the same channel-name
5. Try to join the channel again or try to change some settings

Expected behavior:

The channel should load like a brand new channel.

Actual behavior:

The channel gets in an infinite loading loop and if I try to change some settings from the submenus it throws the error "invalid channel".

• Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 0.69.2
• Operating System: Ubuntu Server 16.04 LTS
• Deployment Method: docker
• Number of Running Instances: 3
• DB Replicaset Oplog: yes
• NodeJS Version: v8.11.3
• MongoDB Version: 3.6

Additional context

This can be resolved by refreshing the browser cache. (not only F5)
Doesnt find a way to get the channels working again in an electron client - STRG + R doesnt fix this.
