Description:

Since 0.67.0 some settings radio buttons are not working. The changes are not permanent, even after saving the change. It happens not with all settings, but for example with Settings ->Messages -> Allow Edit of Messages. Another example is Settings -> Video Conference -> Activate.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Administration
2. Click on Video Conference and activate or deactivate Jitsi
3. Close the settings
4. Open the Video Conference settings again

Expected behavior:

The change should be permanent.

Actual behavior:

The change is not saved.

Server Setup Information:

• Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 0.68.0
• Operating System: CentOS 7
• Deployment Method: Docker, but happens with manual installation as well
• Number of Running Instances: 1
• MongoDB Version: 3.6.6
