Geïnstalleerd via `npx skills add UditAkhourii/adhd`. Voegt de adhd-skill toe onder .agents/skills/ en registreert de herkomst in skills-lock.json. De `skills add`-tool maakt per agent-tool een symlink onder .claude/ die naar .agents/skills/ wijst. Deze wordt lokaal gegenereerd en hoort niet in de repo (consistent met de bestaande skills).
