Origin of idea

When adding mods from a Steam Workshop collection to the download list, users currently have no choice - all mods in the collection are added. This is inefficient when users already have some mods from the collection installed and only want to download the missing ones.

Suggestion/proposed solution?

Add a prompt when adding a collection that gives users two options:

1. "Add All Mods" - Current behavior, adds every mod from the collection
2. "Add Missing Mods" - Only adds mods that aren't already installed locally

Alternatives considered
