Backport of #7336 to
8.4.Note
Defers GC startup to only when an index isn't a duplicate during RDB load, and adds a test ensuring multiple duplicate entries result in a single stored index.
IndexSpec_StartGCinto the non-duplicate branch ofIndexSpec_StoreAfterRdbLoad, avoiding GC startup for duplicate specs.Cursors_initSpec(sp)before duplicate handling; only add spec tospecDict_gand update global field stats when not duplicate.testDuplicateIndexRdbLoadintests/cpptests/test_cpp_rdb.cppto write the same index 30 times to RDB and verify only one instance is stored after load.Written by Cursor Bugbot for commit 7aff7f1.
