Feed Sync ### App version 0.15.0 ### Reproduction steps ```bash 1. 同时登录Miniflux网页版，和ReadYou(Android) ， 和Reeder Classic(iOS)，三者未读文章总数量，以及各个Feed的未读数量均保持一致，符合预期。 2. 在Miniflux网页版阅读一篇文章。 3. 在ReadYou中，下拉刷新，该文章还在未读视图下显示，这显然不符合预期，因为已经由“未读”变成“已读”了； 4. 在Reeder中，下拉刷新，该文章已经在未读视图下消失了，当然这是符合预期的。 总结一下，ReadYou无法与Miniflux 数据库正确同步*未读*->-*已读*状态的文章。 ```
