Motivation or Problem

Provide a new keyword 'HF=' to parse the electronic energy from a Gaussian opt job output file, since 'SCF Done' is not available in this case

Description of Changes

  • Add the new keyword in load_energy method
  • Add a test case in test_gaussian_energies, and a new Gaussian opt job output file, water.out

Testing

we now can test that it is working properly by comparing results within the output file
