I installed RMG few days ago following the steps explained in the RMG website. I ran successfully the minimal example, then I tried to run the 1,3-hexadiene pyrolysis example. However, RMG will stop give a message about dependancy error related to MOPAC.

I thought this issue could related to the license requirement of MOPAC, since it is not needed anymore, while RMG still requests it.

I downloaded MOPAC from their website and noticed that executable is much larger than the executable file in RMG. I replaced the RMG MOPAC executable with larger file. Then ran 1,3-hexadiene pyrolysis example again. Now, it seems MOPAC dependancy is gone, but RMG seems to be stuck at the first MOPAC calculation.
