This PR adds text under the "Wireless Mode" dropdown on the hotspot page with a suggestion of what option might be best to use based on a best guess with the information available about the selected interface.
Also disables options that are "above" the suggested hardware mode. Fail safes to not disabling anything to prevent locking out the user.
