When opening an empty folder, instead of the regular list view, the panel just shows the centered text "Empty" (which is nice). This different handling seems to break the ability to pull-down-to-reload tho, meaning the only way to see if an empty folder's contents have changed is to leave and re-enter it (which may be an unacceptable chore). The expected behavior is, obviously, that the reloading gesture works regardless of the folder's contents.
