I took your pull request and I could build hello-world for both pic32-clicker (mips_pic32mx) and the pic32-wifire (mips_pic32mz). Both programs flashed on these boards worked. |

This PR adds the mips toolchain to our Docker image.
Test using RIOT-OS/RIOT#6060, build board "mips-malta".
