Contribution description
As with #21745 this is the very initial draft of a lot of ARM related things. Published just to throw it out there before it potentially gets lost.
The biggest star among these is the multicore support. While fairly primitive, it allows Core0 to enable Core1 and instruct it to run code, in a fairly similar fashion to a thread. If you are curious, I documented the process fairly well (I hope 😅)
