adapt to folder structure from #21135
Contribution description
the newly merged #21135 gives a structure to examples, but misses to update the references to them in the documentation.
This PR tries to catch as much as possible and rename them accordingly. No 100% coverage guarantees since it involved some manual search-and-replace.
Testing procedure
Carefully check the changes for spelling mistakes and strange changes.
