Contribution description
When a DTLS handshake fails, tinyDTLS keeps the session slot as used, and then it will fail on the next attempt unless the session is destroyed. This PR adds this behaviour to the lwm2m client.
Testing procedure
With
examples/lwm2m, you can test by starting the client before the server, making it fail the initial handshake attempt.Issues/PRs references
