This definition is platform dependent and should be therefore done with CFLAGS in ESP332's Makefile.

Contribution description
This PR provides the following changes:
TCPIP_THREAD_STACKSIZEis made overridable. On some platforms the default stack size is too small forlwIP'stcpip_threadso that the default stack size has to be overriden.TCPIP_THREAD_PRIOfor ESP32 is removed. This is now defined byCFLAGSin ESP32's Makefile.Testing procedure
