What happened?
运行环境：windows10+powershell
问题重现：at 某个前端目录让其总结git commit message。然后会卡着一直消费token，直到账号欠费
What did you expect to happen?
应该增加token使用速度预警和改善tool use。
cli 下方的 context windows 要真正起作用。不能底层已经消耗了六百万tokens，cli的 context window 还是显示99%可用量
