What happened?

Installed Qwen Code CLI v0.14.3

Clicked on the option, "Qwen OAuth Authentication",

which lead me to https://chat.qwen.ai/authorize?user_code=BLAHBLAHBLAH&client=qwen-code

I was able to create an account via the website, but I'm stuck on this screen:

The account is pending activation. Please activate your account through the verification email in your inbox.

and it says Email sent successfully -- but the email never arrived -- even though I've tried to resend many times over and over (using @gmail.com account). Checked spam folder -- nothing.

Then, once you go back to the CLI, you see:
