What would you like to be added?

• Improve is_background parameter coercion to enhance shell tool stability, especially when using self-hosted LLMs.
• Equivalent of /bashes command in Claude Code to manage background tasks.

Why is this needed?

• Resolve unstable shell tool calling with is_background as a string or other non-boolean types.
• Give users an entry to check and kill tasks running in the background.
