Conversation
I found it confusing when reading initially, and hence wanted to reiterate that the qubit representing the MSB is left-most, indexed with 0.

Summary
Clarifying qubit indexing in a single place and adding spaces around operators/function arguments in 2 other places.
Details and comments
When I first read the getting_started_with_qiskit notebook, I have noticed that I had to go back to ensure I understand the qubit indexing. I added a short clarification in parentheses to clarify that MSB == qubit0 "(qubit representing the MSB has index 0)".
Spotted and fixed two other minor formatting issues, missing spaces around + operator and missing space before function argument (to align with standard PEM.)
