@mtreinish We intend to update Aqua later today to address some areas such as making the cplex install optional as has been requested. Rather than releasing two meta updates in quick succession can we hold on this until the Aqua release is done such that this can include that too. |

Sure, that's not a problem. Although we really need to get ibmq-provider and aqua on the qiskit-bot model then this will all be handled automatically. |
