I got the following message from my antivirus after unzipping the file. My own translation with minor changes for privacy reasons.

Executed doublecmd.exe, that tried to access ...\QuickLook-4.0.0\QuickLook.WoW64HookHelper.exe. Trojan called Artemis!DA6E376AB2D8 found and removed.

EDIT I have just seen #561 and #1534. However, I have not problems with QuickLook-3.7.3.zip. Has something been changed in QuickLook.WoW64HookHelper.exe ?
