Summary/Motivation:

As part of processing the release, we noticed that the download count didn't match between the badge used here and the badge on the pyomo-feedstock. This updates this readme to use the same badge. It also adds a little whitespace to help with formatting and updates the version badge to explicitly call out the conda channel used by Pyomo.
