Currently the stores in https://github.com/PyPSA/pypsa-eur-sec/blob/bb61bf0d7f5ce6da5b6ab6bba3a0a4c63eda7535/scripts/prepare_sector_network.py#L428 do not have associated capital costs, this leads to numerical juggling of the optimal capacity of stores.
