Aim is to fix failing pypsa-eur ci check.

Checklist

@lkstrp I realised that after all my playing around with commands, the action I'm trying to fix won't actually work on PRs from forks 😅

It installs pypsa from a commit hash but that hash is linked to my fork, while github.repository returns this repo (pypsa/pypsa). I'll move my debugging to my own fork as it should work on there.
