Hello world !

I'm no a good C++ developper, but I can translate some strings in my native langage, so in French !
But, in http://map.project-osrm.org/ I can see a Deutch translation. I browse all the source code but I don't see any deutch.
In the issues, i can see somebody who create a mod to locales suppport in OSRM.
Can I use this mod to translate OSRM or somebody can help me to explain where are all the locales files ?
