Description

A few fixes to how Jupyter utilities work. Some plotting would break if non-image non-tensor data was present in the batch dictionary, and some slight formatting issues were present elsewhere.

• Integration tests passed locally by running ./runtests.sh -f -u --net --coverage.
• Quick tests passed locally by running ./runtests.sh --quick --unittests.
• In-line docstrings updated.
• Documentation updated, tested make html command in the docs/ folder.
