torchaudio warning #5204

Describe the bug
After installing the latest monai (1.0.0), a warning message is printed every time monai is imported. This warning was not present with the previous stable release of monai. I know this is not critical, but it is very annoying. 😀 Is it possible to add an option to disable this warning message?
