_ensure_async now uses is_coroutine_function, which only delegates to inspect.iscoroutinefunction after unwrapping partials; unlike the previous asyncio.iscoroutinefunction, this does not recognize callables marked via _is_coroutine (e.g., asyncio.coroutine-style wrappers). In code_mode, those functions are now wrapped as sync callables, so wrapper returns their coroutine object without awaiting it, producing un-awaited coroutine warnings and incorrect return values when such external functions are passed to the sandbox.

`inspect.iscoroutinefunction()` returns `False` for `functools.partial` wrapping an async function on Python < 3.12. This caused async partials to be rejected for `task=True`, routed to the sync threadpool, and misidentified in dependency injection.
Adds `is_coroutine_function()` utility that unwraps partial layers before checking, and applies it across all 8 call sites that previously used `inspect.iscoroutinefunction` directly (tools, resources, prompts, tasks, dependencies, transforms, filesystem source).
Also guards `inspect.isroutine()` checks in 5 locations where partials were being misrouted to `fn.call`.
