Pull Request Overview
This PR removes the automated feedback request bot that commented on closed issues and PRs. The bot was configured to post a feedback form link when issues/PRs were closed (unless they had the "Resolution-No Activity" label).

This pull request removes the
IssueManagement.IssueFeedbackFormpolicy configuration file. This file previously enabled a bot to request feedback from users when pull requests or issues were closed (unless labeled as "Resolution-No Activity"). With this change, the bot will no longer reply to closed issues or PRs to ask for feedback.Policy removal:
