Fixing a bug:

Fixing the caching mechanism, it wasn't working as expected
Added an option (it's optional, so it won't break anything) to either split up the seeds/peers list as 2 numbers or as separate numbers in BitTorrent IPv4, IPv6 and RtcTorrent.
