YOLO I'm merging this as is. If you are reading this because I totally broke something, ping me, and we'll either fix or revert this.

note that rfd has changed substantially and now uses libdbus dynamically: PolyMeilex/rfd#286 This does not seem to cause any obvious problems, not even requiring changes to the wrapper.
