Simulation stalls when Thermal Expansion is selected as Thermal type #306
Description
When running a simulation, PeriLab starts reading the mesh and prints the usual header, but never proceeds to step 1. After several minutes, the process must be killed manually. The following error is shown: BoundsError: attempt to access 2-element Vector{Vector{Float64}} at index [3]
