Reviewed the material-symbols bump from 0.44.12 → 0.45.1.

Upstream changes (via GitHub API):

• v0.45.0 (2026-06-11): Automated icon update — updated font files across all weights. 11 icons removed (bitbucket, gitlab, car_spark, credit_card_spark, flight_spark, local_shipping_spark, mail_spark, passport_spark, screen_spark_pause, unknown_7, workspace_studio), 2 added (drive_file_rename, mobile_dock).
• v0.45.1 (2026-06-12): Automated icon update — purely additive (new icons like dashboard_2_add, id_card_2, etc.). No removals.

Regression check: Grepped the PeerDB UI for all 11 removed icon names — none are used. No risk of broken icons.

PII/secrets check: Diff is limited to package.json and package-lock.json version/integrity changes. No PII or secret exposure.

No issues found — bump looks clean.
