The FTP protocol has been deprecated by RCSB as described [here](https://www.rcsb.org/news/feature/65562f0ad78e004e766a96c1). I believe this is causing some tests to fail in the CI, I propose moving over to HTTP/S protocol as recommended by RCSB.
