A set of new programming icons - #3698

Quick review from a non-committer who just wants the backlog to go away. Looks good to me, mostly nicely pixel aligned and all that.

1. Might be a good idea to redraw the Excalidraw logo below whatever size make sense (24x24?) for extra pixelly neatness. It's got a geometric core to it that'd render more crisply at smaller sizes.

2. Perhaps re-aspect the W and A in the smaller WASM mimetype sizes for symmetry, and so that voids between strokes and stroke inflection points / turns / key pixels in the stroke get lots of love (promoting my own documentation here 😆)

@morganist Can you have a look at this? It looks almost ready, might even be good to go as is. I know a few Zig people on fedi might appreciate that particular mimetype.
