Added Chameleon Folder Colors - #3561

Thanks for your work. These are a lot of monotonous work that, as I said early, I want to avoid. And now I have to choose whether to take technical debt to support these folders.

Yes. I made it manually referred to Breeze folders structure.

Well, I wanted to recommend you create a separated icon theme with those folders, but I didn't know that separated icon theme already exists. Look at https://github.com/varlesh/papirus-colors Now I don't see a reason to add this feature to the repo, because I haven't an idea how to make it maintainable. Sorry.
