Motivation

ci 同学反馈 test_get_save_out_v1 单测最近在 ci 中偶发报错打挂 ci 的情况，因此本 PR 重构该单测，采用 Mock 数据的方式来进行模块化的单测，修改之前的端到端单测以避免端口冲突等一系列单测无关的因素影响
