This pull request adds support for the Bulgarian language to the amazing PSAppDeployToolkit project.
Bulgarian language support:

strings/bg/strings.psd1) containing the teanslations.This tool has made our work at the Computer Laboratory @ ULSIT so much easier and coherent. I wanted to contribute something small for other Bulgarian schools/institutions or businesses that are using PSADT.
