Describe the bug
Tried to make a basic zero config paclkage as described in the docs
Steps to reproduce
- Downloaded the zip from the latest release
- Extracted, placed msi in Files folder. One msi at a time, same problem with both of these:

- Launched Invoke-AppDeployToolkit.exe as admin (with /debug because no logs showed up)
