We no longer use TravisCI for Continuous Integration testing, no sense in keeping these files in our source tree.

As far as i remember, this files are generalized to become CI agnostic down upstream's path. We will most likely end up porting them all together later on if we introduce another CI, but all good, we can just port the latest upstream's files if/when we need them and done.
