Azure Media Services will be retired on June 30th, 2024.

We should do this right before the release (in case the projects are upgraded in terms of framework version or other common property), so whoever still has code that depends on it can still upgrade to 1.11 and then re-add the module.

Should also remove Moment JS and URI JS from Orchard.Resources, since this is the only module that uses them.

Issues related to this module should also be closed.
