How to reproduce

1. Open Orca
2. Add CC2
3. Cannot use any remote device capabilities

Actual results

Results in a 404 as the CC2 no longer hosts the web interface like the CC1 did.

Expected results

If we want this to work in Orca slicer, we'll need to bring over the Printer Manager and elegoo-fdm-web from Elegoo Slicer. I've already started this work in #12130 but wanted to document this here since the profiles were merged in.

Project file & Debug log uploads

I don't think the log file is relevant here. The way Orca attempts to connect to the CC2 is the same as the CC1 which will not work.
