Wont install on Apple silicon without Rosetta 2 #2608

Problem Description
0.22 says that it has added support for Apple silicon. When attempting to install the installer will require installing Rosetta 2 to continue installation.
Steps to reproduce
- Download installer
- Mount DMG
- Run installer
