This PR adds Bitrise integration that in every commit builds every swift 4 sample to make sure that the generated code is valid.
It also fixes objcCompatible sample.
And improves the scripts
swift4_test_all.shto run successfully on every directory.This fixes #4560.
The credits of the CI integration goes to @wing328. He choose the CI server and started the integration.
